Poppy Blow are an award winning, Nottingham based clothing boutique, specialising in retro-inspired, limited run knitwear. Founded by ex-Pretty Green (Liam Gallagher’s fashion label) designers, Laurence and Katy Bidston, the Poppy Blow boutique opened in August 2014.

To complement the physical store, Katy became instrumental in setting up Poppy Blow’s online presence, with Adtrak building a bespoke eCommerce website. Room 12 were enlisted to photograph the entire clothing range, with a range of shots to show off each garment at its best – including intimate detailed shots and “ghost mannequin” views, as well as comprehensive look-book, shot on models.

Post Production included creating various colourways from a single garment – Room12 can provide colour simulation techniques to output various colourways for a single garment, from a single source photograph – ideal for eCommerce projects, as it speeds up the project turnaround, and saves the client money.

Room 12’s photographers have many years of experience in eCommerce photography in various industry sectors, and this expertise was used to give a fast, but high quality turnaround.

Poppy Blow’s products photographed really well, and together with Adtrak, Room12 have given the client a site that they can be proud of, and the ability to launch their products online. Fingers crossed, the Poppy Blow brand will grow and find it’s rightful place in the world of fashion!
